Who We Are and What
We Do for You
A home will sell faster, and for more money, if it
is professionally staged.
And it takes a professional set of eyes to stage a
home.
Homes Spaces Staged
has a unique 3-step process to help sellers realize
that the way the live in their home, and the way
they sell their house are two different things.
- “Neutral-Eyes”
In this first step, Home Spaces Staged brings
professionally trained eyes to your home to
neutralize it for the eyes of your potential
buyer.
This can include the removal of personal photos;
the moving of furniture; removal of personal
objects; de-cluttering.
The Neutral-Eyes process helps a potential
buyer to not see the home as owned by the current
owner.
- “Visual-Eyes”
In this second step, Home Spaces Staged sees what
needs to be added to make the home look appealing
to your potential buyer.
This may include repainting; planting a garden or
some planters; rearranging an entryway.
The Visual-Eyes step helps buyers see
themselves in the home.
- “Custom-Eyes”
In this third step, Home Spaces Staged creates a
customized, detailed, written plan of recommended
action steps called the Staging Report.
Home Spaces Staged, or you, or both can
implement this plan.
These steps will
Maxim-Eyes your selling price and Minim-Eyes the
number of days to sale.
